Before Shipping: You can cancel your order without any fees as long as it has not been shipped. In this case, your payment will be refunded within 7 working days.
After Shipping: If the product has been shipped, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that shipping fees will not be returned if the product has been shipped.
For cancellations made before shipping, refunds will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 7 working days. For returned products, a refund will only be initiated after we have analyzed the condition of the printer.
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible products. Please note that personalized products are not eligible for return.
In the event of a return, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Any delay in payment processing due to banking technical delays will not be borne by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by external banking procedures.
